My stay at this hotel was a truly memorable experience. The serene location and spacious rooms with stunning views made for a perfect getaway. The staff were exceptionally warm and welcoming, and I especially enjoyed the nightly Karaoke event. However, I did find the housekeeping could use some improvement, and the distance from the city left something to be desired in terms of connectivity.

I had a wonderful stay at Summit's Norling resort, nestled in a beautiful valley of Gangtok. The property offers stunning views and a peaceful atmosphere, perfect for relaxation. The hospitable staff made me feel welcomed, especially Ms. Namrata, who was incredibly helpful. However, the dining experience could use some improvement in terms of service responsiveness and menu variety, which slightly impacted my overall satisfaction.
